Rules for the Ugly Countertop Contest
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Either bring in your photo to Kitchen Specialists, LTD. at 2721 Oregon Street, Oshkosh, WI 54902, or e-mail to us at mlieske@kitchenspecialistsltd.com. Entries must be received by Noon Central Standard Time on Saturday, January 31, 2009. One entry per household.
2. The Winner will receive up to 24 linear feet Gibraltar Solid Surface standard depth countertop with a coved backsplash, a BD321 or BD324 Gibraltar sink in a standard color, and a standard 100 or 200 series edge profile. All prizes will be awarded. Approximate retail value is $4,000.
3. Kitchen Specialists, LTD. will; template, fabricate, tear out the winners existing countertop, and install the new Wilsonart Gibraltar solid surface countertop.
4. Plumbing and fixtures are not the responsibility of Kitchen Specialists, and the homeowner will be responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting the plumbing.
5. This Contest is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsors, Alpine Plywood, Inc. and Wilsonart and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
6. One winner will be selected
by an unbiased independent interior decorator from all of the eligible entrants on or about February 2, 2009. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail and/or by e-mail on or about February 2, 2009. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Any cabinet work which may be required due to the changing of the countertops is the responsibility of the homeowner. Now that you have read the rules, submit your photo through e-mail now. |
